The Cashier is responsible for day-to-day operations including proper cash handling, customer services, tidiness of the store, restocking of supplies and taking order, including catering request.
Responsibilities:
· Follow policies, procedures and guidelines for cash handling, opening/closing store procedures.
· Meet and exceed health and safety regulations/expectations.
· Display a solid general knowledge about coffee and its culture.
· Uphold the standards Matter of Taste has set for service and quality.
· Take customer orders with respect and timely manner.
· Be knowledgeable about coffee varieties, drink recipes.
· Ability to handle customer requests and ask for assistance when necessary.
· Clear tables, serve, and work as part of the team on various duties as required.
